Welcome to SilverTree! I am a licensed speech-language pathologist and certified dementia practitioner with over 28 years of experience working with seniors and their families. I have recognized a great need for families to have access to a experienced professional focused on dementia care. As a Dementia Family Coach, I offer individualized recommendations, resources and counseling to best address your loved one's unique cognitive challenges and care needs. My mission with SilverTree Memory Partners is to provide a comprehensive service to reduce the burden of navigating life's dementia related transitions alone.
